- Supported the General Manager in the implementation of Company standards and procedures.

- Managed vendors, including landscape, security, cleaners, mechanical, and pest control.
- Troubleshooting & Setting up Computers, Network, Phone Line, and Credit Card Equipment.
- Provided support to General Managers in Wichita, Salina, Topeka, Missouri, and Kansas City.
- Relief Manager – resuming Job Responsibilities of General Manager when on leave or training.
- Ensured Company compliance with all local, state and federal laws at all times.
